How Can I
Be Saved?
God states in His Word that, in order to go to Heaven, you must be saved. Many people hear this term and do not clearly understand what this means.
Fortunately, God's Word, our Bible, shows us that man was born into sin, and in order to go to heaven, our sins must be forgiven. The term "saved" simply means you have chosen to accept the gift that He has given you.
What is this gift? Because man was unable to redeem himself, God provided a plan through which Jesus Christ, the son of God, willingly sacrificed Himself for the sins of all mankind.
If we simply believe that He shed His blood for us, died on the cross and rose again, we will be saved and go to Heaven. It is so simple... so simple that it seems complicated! The question you should ask yourself is, if you died right now, would you go to Heaven or Hell, or do you know? The Bible teaches us that we can know... simply call on Him.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
